Observership

Thank you for your interest in our Psychiatry Observership Program. As we are in the busy months of residency recruitment, we will begin taking applications for Observerships in late March (week after Match Day) for the Observership Program, running April through August.

Please note that there is no monetary compensation for this experience; all related expenses, including travel, lodging and meals are at the discretion of the Observership participant.  Additionally, letters of recommendation cannot be requested by the observer, only offered by the preceptor.

Please check our Program Observership Details and Program Policies pages for more information.

We hope to hear back from you in March and we look forward to welcoming you to our community.

Thank you.
Regards,
Benjamin C. Gersh, MD
Psychiatry Observership Program Director
