Synapse: Past, Present, and Future of Spine Care

Carle Neuroscience Institute is pleased to announce the Synapse: Past, Present, and Future of Spine Care conference is scheduled for Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Carle Forum in Urbana, Illinois. Topics will include the history of spine care, the role of the physiatrist, pain management, surgical treatments, and a panel to discuss the future of spine care.
The target audience is physicians, advanced practice providers, residents, physical therapists, athletic trainers, registered nurses, chiropractors, and health professional students.
Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks.  
Special note: Dr. John Pracyk from DePuy Synthes Companies will be providing a lecture during the lunch hour on “Multidisciplinary Spine/Integrative and Functional Center”. Following the event, Dr. Pracyk will provide two additional presentations until 5 pm. The topics will be “Value Analysis and Personalized Spine Care” and “Innovation and Product Development for Spine Globally”. Due to ACCME/ANCC accreditation criteria, these lectures will not be eligible for CE credit for any discipline and are optional.
Fee: $50 (MD, DO, DC); $15 (residents and students); $25 (others)
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the conference. Refunds for cancellations will only be refunded via the method in which they were paid. After the seven (7) days prior to the conference, refunds are not available. Registrations may, however, be transferred to another person to attend this event. Notice of cancellations and/or transfer requests must be made in writing to
