Synapse: Frontiers in Stroke Management
Carle Neuroscience Institute is pleased to announce the Synapse: Frontiers in Stroke Management conference is scheduled for Friday, August 24, 2018 at the Carle Forum in Urbana, Illinois. Topics will include hyperacute and acute management for ischemic stroke, guidelines for thrombolytic therapy in acute stroke management, cerebrovascular contributions to age-related changes in brain anatomy and cognition, carotid management, cerebral aneurysms, benefits and uses of continuous EEG, and gait and neurorehabilitation.
The target audience is emergency room practitioners, neurologists, neurosurgeons, vascular surgeons, advanced practice providers, residents, registered nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, radiologic technologists, researchers, and health professional students.
Registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
Fee: $50 (MD, DO, DC); $15 (residents and students); $25 (others)
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than seven (7) days prior to the conference. Refunds for cancellations will only be refunded via the method in which they were paid. After the seven (7) days prior to the conference, refunds are not available. Registrations may, however, be transferred to another person to attend this event. Notice of cancellations and/or transfer requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
